Marim looked at his brother. Possibly a worthy opponenet. But of course he was better skilled than his brother. More experience in this world could always make a difference and also his mage skills were improving everyday. Not that his brother was any bad but he felt confident about this battle. Very confident in fact. The powers of the monkey had come in very handy so far and in this tournament possibly today, he would use some of his new spells.
Marim looked at his brother teasingly and remarked,"Looks like I'm up against you first up little brother. How about I go easy on you for starters." Marim smiled at his brother and then shouted,"Melamado!" Bright green sparks that were of similar colour of his brother's eyes went towards his feet and the agility of the monkey filled him. He leapt up and ran quickly towards his brother. Jumping high, he purposely missed his brother's ear and then with a few quick movements, raised his leg to his brother's mouth, hoping he would hit his target.

Maril saw hs brother leap. But Maril's reaction was a bit slow and lucky for him, he just managed to dodge the kick. But as he dodged it, Marim's leg hit his ear. His ear was bruised. Maril knew that it was not a big injury. He concentrated on the task at hand. He reached down and laid his hands on the hilt of his mace. He drew it. It was a weapon....a source of strength and power.
He smirked at his brother and said,"Oi, big brother. You don't have to go easy on me. Well I'll be glad if you do anyways, because tehn I'll win for sure. He raised the mace and with a few quick movements brought it down on Marim. But Maril knew that this might not be enough. He might need to use not only his brawn but his brains!
