Some things should never be questioned. Like the fact that a petite, eighteen year old, blond haired, green eyed girl is the perfect role model for small, sweet and innocent. You don't walk up to such a girl and ask her if she has ever killed a man. You just don't. It would be cruel to ask such a thing and watch the girl simply faint of shock. No. Petite, blond, green eyed girls should be treated with a certain caution. Ever word carefully weighed and measured before spoken to such a frail thing. They are simply not to be harmed. After all, such girls would never even dream of hurting anyone...
Unfortunately the girl that stood up from a crouched position, just out of sight, (previously leaning over an unconscious man, knocked out by a simply blow to the head with a short stick,) happened to be such a girl. She was about 5'5'', with long coppery blond hair falling almost down to her waist, emerald green eyes peering out from underneath her bangs in a huge contrast to her pale, pale skin. Petite was exactly the word to describe her. Not skinny. Petite. And this particular girl thought the blow to the head had only been fair. A pickpocket simply does not try to steal from a better pickpocket. Period.
She had already stripped him of his more valuable possessions, (and some valuable possessions that had not been his,) and wiped her hands clean on his shirt. She didn't feel like getting her own clothes as dirty as those the man had on. The blue tunic she wore, made out of cheap linen, was several sizes to big and looked like a short dress, but it was clean. Just like the short black breeches. She wanted to keep it like that for a while. She looked presentable to the world, a dark blue belt over the tunic emphasizing her frail figure. The girl was pretty, not beautiful. But desirable enough. The only thing that would probably stand in her way was her choice of profession.
Without looking back she strolled casually through the market, looking here and there at several goods, deciding for herself what she might need, deciding what other people would be nice victim's. Emerald green eyes scanned the crowd.
Losers like the last one are a waste of time...Now who would be a real chalenge?...

Duilya walked among the crowd, she needed to grab a few herbs and spices to try and perform a certain potion she had been working on. She walked around casually for she coming from a farm she never had much reason not to trust people which didn’t help with bartering and such. Not that she didn’t know when she was cheated, but she seems to think there was no point in making a scene.
She cuddled into her deep purple cloak as her black hair sat in wet waves down her back. Her eyes flashed with annoyance at her last cheated experience thinking that had she just only been a little more demanding she wouldn’t had to pay thirty instead of a fair twenty for a sachet of herbs that made her nose inch. Sighing deeply from the morning she had been having continued down the busy street, sliding though small gaps of bodies and only really wanting to get back to the academy and start with her potion making, she hadn’t been learning for long yet she had already a small collection of bottles for spells and emergencies. These herbs were actually for a potion that if preformed right should cause the drinker to start hallucinating which if she was ever in a position were she had to get information from someone it could come in handy.
As wondering though the crowd, her gaze landed on a near by stall selling paints and art supplies, unable to resist the urge to investigate. The store was rather small and crummy looking yet the parchment was soft and smooth and the paints bright in colors and variety.

Just when Luna was about to be bored to death she spotted her, muttering, walking through the crowd, and on her way to a stall selling art supplies. Now what could be more perfect. The clothes, the attitude, the all over looks. If this young woman wasn't a student at the academy of magic Luna swore she'd eat her shoulder bag. This woman promised her something big. This woman promised her a free ticket into the academy.
A soft smile pulled at the corner of her lips, twisting her face into a mischievous grin. Luna slipped through the crowd, sneaking to wards Duilya, following as she went. This woman looked like the perfect, innocent, ignorant little student. If she would suspect that a small, young woman like Luna who only wanted to talk than Luna could just as well finish herself off right away. Or so Luna felt about it...
At a small distance she watched the woman, waiting what she would do next. There was no way Luna would let her get out of her sight. The academy just had to have some interesting stuff stored away, and it would be open on display and ready to be stolen.

It was a day like any other since Rith had moved into Avaren, always something to do, and new opportunities opening every moment. The Animist was doing some basic grocery shopping at the market that day, even able to get some things he didn't think he'd be able to for his own project.
A vile of Wolf's blood to symbolise loyalty, the plumage of an Owl, representing wisdom, a Turtle shell for patience, he was well on his way. It bothered him in the back of his head, bartering for, for lack of a better phrase, pieces of animals. Though, he was assured by the kind sage he acquired them from, that they were collected from animals who either died in service or byproducts from a hunt for the meat. At least their sacrifices were not in vain, and Rith blessed the souls of those beasts for said sacrifices, to sustain the lives of others and furthering his cause.
As he marveled over his finds, he noticed a familiar face, Duilya's. Already brimming with serene happiness, he was glad to have found her here too. He picked up his pace carefully so that his fresh food would not fall from his pack, his tan-ish cloak whisping around his body like a leather phantom, until he had caught up to her. "Good day Duilya, and what brings you out here today?" he asked with a bright smile.

Duilya looked around and forced a smile, she didn’t mean it as an insult to Rith but it was just the she really disliked crowds. Suddenly realizing how rude she must have seemed started to laugh. “Trying not to get to cheated by these merchants” She gave a greasy towards where the ingredient store sat. “I don’t like causing scenes so I usually just let them get away with rubbery… plus every body pushes in these crowds” Duilya complained as another woman crashed into her as passing. Handing over a few silver coins to the merchant for some much needed art supplies she looked around a little uneasy, she was getting a weird feeling of being watched but then it was crowded and Rith was looking at her to so maybe that was it or it was just paranoia, she shivered. “So what are you doing here?”

"Just getting some supplies...and not trying to get trampled." He replied in a joking tone. " Tell the truth, these crowds are certainly not my forte either. As for getting 'robbed' that's certainly a shame. Consider this lesson number one in your apprenticeship: In order to commune and ally oneself with nature, one must be like nature. Do not hold your thoughts or feelings back, because of what may happen." Rith explained knowingly, raising an index finger in confirmation.

Duilya smiled shyly back, it were moments like this that made her feel a little childish around Rith who seemed to have the wisdom well beyond his years and for someone like herself so new to the craft it could often be quite daunting. “But if nature released all of its power then there would be no life on earth…. The forces of nature have to hold back” Duilya whispered hoping what she had said made some sort of sense because even animals, some breeds would act dead while a predator was around; that would take a while lot of holding back of fear and such. Afraid that her comment hadn’t made any sense her face redden and so she quickly turned away. “Are you coming back to the academy? I was just heading there before I spotted this stall”

"I understand what you are trying to say Duilya, and you do indeed make a point. This planet we all live on is really one big organism, one with various degree of emotions like ourselves. Nature isn't always raging and destructive, she is primarily just in touch with her emotions, despite her heart being a core of pure molten lava." Rith replied, trying to keep it short and sweet for his apprentice, nothing demeaning or apprehinsive about his tone, it was more of an instructive tone if anything.
Taking her question under consideration for a brief moment, he looked down at his bag, then back at her and said " Yes actually, I was going to go there later to check up on some things, but getting my agenda finished a little early would not kill me." smiling to her. In the back of his head though, he could feel the eerie presence of eyes upon them, just not distinguishable from where in this bustling marketplace.

Enelya stood at the stall looking over the fine materials that sat before her, every colour Enelya could have dreamed of was there. Slowly she ran her hands over the velvet and cotton. Looking around she saw two figures in the crowd that took her by suprise. Turning to the stall owner she paid her for the Sapphire Valvet and the crimson as well at satain and chiffon in both colours paying him the money she made her way through the crowd.
As she moved she spotted someone she had never seen before behind Duilya and Rith. She kept her eyes on the waywood girl, something about her stance and her eyes seemed fishy. Why would someone be following Rith and Duilya it just doesn't make sence what do they have? Enelya thought to herself.
"Duilya Rith wait up," Enelya called to her friends as she pushed through the crowd with her shopping.

Pleased that Rith had actually understood her, she was often sure that her mouth worked far more quickly than her brain and when it caught up nothing made sense to anyone but her any way. “Well in that case you are more than welcome to join me” Duilya grinned back. “I’ve been practicing what you taught me… I think I’m improving, slowly but better than I was before” Noticing a familiar person making her way though the crowd Duilya grinned and waved. “Hey Enelya, we were just on our way back to the academy would you like to join us?”

Enelya smiled at Duilya, "I was heading back to but it took me by surprise to see you both here, its not often I run into people I know. So we're heading to the academy?"
Enelya took a quick glance over her right shoulder pretending to look for something. The girl was still there not close but still suspisous.
