(ooc: Don't worry. My charecter just hates your charecter but I am sure that I would like you if I knew you.)
Emma watched Rith do his fantastic magic and laughed. She took her unoccupied hand and waved it. Water shot down from the celing and landed in a bucket which Emma had also conjured as she waved her hand. She made the full bucket fly right above Saphira's head. Emma then made the water into somthing else. A yelowish liquid was now in the bucket. Emma carfully tipped a bit onto Saphira and laughed as she saw Saphira's expression. Then Emma tipped the whole contents of the bucket on Saphira. Emma laughed harder this time (The ylelow liquid is urine).

Saphira was disgusted and absolutely scornful to the limit. The urine was it. She radiated cold calmness. Gone was the playful, annoying, patronising, up her self smirk, gone was the cheeky look in her eyes. "S'lixla avroseip'ra." The urine disappeared as if it was never there. Simple, but effective. She landed once again on the polished floor, smiling a wolfish smile that held her brother in those teeth. Quietly, she let Kat stirr within her. She could feel the demon's eyes looking through hers, and the 7 plances distorting the usual vision very slightly. She eyed the beast with obvious calm critism in her gaze.

Rith had calmed down, a smile rolled across his face as he made his way over to Saphira. Watching her enraged he looked back to Emma and stated " Now, now that was quite over the line. I'm sure you would not enjoy having urine dumped on your head." waving his finger like a school teacher scolding a naughty student. "I'm sure that you just do not understand our respective crafts Miss. So I will give you the oppurtunity to experience Animism, or summoning as most call it, for yourself." Rith said as he reached inside his "Bag of Tricks" and retrieved a second Puffer, offering it to Saphira. " It wont bite, unless you make it have teeth that is." he added laughing a bit.

Saphira threw the ball into the air. " I do not do that branch of summoning," she said, a dangerous glare in her eyes, "It summons such beings from this world." She passed the ball back. "I summon spirits. Demons. Djinns. Imps. WHatever you care to call them."

"Suit yourself..." Rith replied retrieving his Puffer. Drawing the same smile, he tossed the Puffer back across the room, leaving it to waft in the air freely above Saphira for a moment or two while he focused. His eyes reopened sharply as the Puffer popped into another cloud of smoke. Having the Puffer take the form of a full-grown Man O' War, Rith allowed gravity to do its job. With a "squish" it landed on Saphira its verbose tentacles settled over Saphira's body, stinging her severely, and causing her pain similar to that of one thousand wasp-stings.
Once his creature had done its damage, Rith dismissed it into a Puffer again and watched it roll off of her body and waft to the ground. Then, with an approving smirk as he examined her newly-acquired outfit rips and deep, scarring sting-marks feeling that Mother Nature's vengeance had been exacted. He retrieved his Puffer and left the room whistling an upbeat tone as he exited the building.

*ooc: I think you are godmoding... you never know what she might have done in that space of time. She IS an elf.)
Saphira shook her head in disgust. Subtlity was obviously not his strong point. Too easily provoked. Too eager to show off. Check check. It was only a simple matter to repair her clothing, and simple matter for Kat to tend to her bruises and scratches. "F'rvn Ladizr." Her hair twisted itself into a french knot. She smiled at the assembled party, jumped limbliy into the air, resumed her cross legged position, and opened a book.
"I think some of us are quite too enthusiastic.." she said in a drawling voice, before flying off to the higher regions of the library. Her scron of others deepend another notch. And that was deep.

(ooc: A.) it isn't godmoding its a little something called gravity. No matter what race your character may be, I seriously doubt she could notice a Jellyfish almost right above her head and move out of the way of something dropping 9.86 m/s in that very small window of time, this isn't Dragonball Z, kiddo.
B.) Even if your character could manage a backstep out of the way she was floating off the ground, it takes much more effort to move backwards without some sort of propulsion through the air. You might come back by saying " well she could push her arms forward to move backwards." and that would be suitable propulsion to move your body backwards enough to be out from under the jellyfish, but your arms would still be outstretched and more than a suitable place for the Man O' War to land on.
C.) A full-grown Man O' War's tentacles can average a length of 20 to 30 feet, at longest in the high 30's or low 40's. Now, unless Saphira can notice a Man O' War dropping from roughly a foot or two above her head (and that's being fair.) and propell herself 25 feet through the air with no sufficient propulsion other than pushing her energies beneath her, which would also take time to direct there no matter how powerful a mage she may be (Being fair and considering the tentacles were 20 feet and considering your character's height is roughly 4-5 feet) all within one second that would be quite the godly feet. Now then, before you make accusations get your facts straight.
And lastly, D.) I must continue to drive home the fact that this is a Man O' War we are dealing with, a specie of Jellyifish who's infamous stings tend to be fatal if not critically damaging, and that's just from a touch, not the biiiiiiiig 'ol jelly-hug that Saphira was given. Whether you'd like to admit it or not, your character is only human...or elf or whatever, pain like that is not something you merely walk off even if you've got this "Kat" demon inside of your character Saphira still has nerve receptors on her skin which would tell her brain that she is in immense pain no matter how quickly "Kat" could regenerate the damaged cells and somehow remove the burn-like scars the Man O' War would leave behind. I think I have explained enough, and trust me, I could go on. So in the immortal words or Willy Wonka: "You lose! Good Day, Sir!"[/i] well, Madame in this case, but you see my point.)

You know, if you're going to unload a hissy-fit you should really do it in just one burst, that way your friends are safe from the blast zone.
Though I'm sure you have plenty of "facts" about demons to deal with everything that I just said. Can I see your copy of the Necronomicon when your done with it?
now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go grab some popcorn, because whatever your response is going to round out as, it will be very entertaining. ( I'd like to apologise to everyone else who is reading this thread hoping for the storyline to have advance. I know this sort of things more belongs in PMs or OOC chat, with any luck Saphira will realise that she's wrong quickly so we can move on.)

I am going to have to turn my nose up at this. I NEVER 'unload a hissy fit' as you so elegantly put it. Oh yes, and since 'giant poisonous squids' are not my area of expertise, and I do not research my books/internet etc for information on 'giant poisonous squids' I was completely ignorant of those lenghs of tentacles etc etc etc etc etc. Then agian, you may state that, why in the world did I not look it up before I stated my comment that led to this absolutely pointless discussion.
Well, I, unlike some people, do not have all the time in the world, can not spend my time on my laptop all day researching fantasy/fiction creatures, anime facts and other things like that. Oh, by the way, I thought your character has exited the vicinity. Which sort of concludes this role play thread does it not? Or would your character like to run back to join the fun again?
So, I hope this has been a averagely entertaining answer and that you wash your hands after eating the popcorn before typing.

Kids...If you're going to disbute something at least act like you know what you are talking about. Backing up your arguments with facts!? Unheard of! The Man O' War is not a "Giant Poisonous Squid" as you so elegantly put it. It is a specie of Jellyfish, and I assure you it is far from fictional. Perhaps if you'd pay attention during Biology class or maybe read something either than the newspaper's comic strips and role-playing forum threads you might already know this. I don't expect you to actually look up the facts I've stated, believe me that is the least I'd expect from you. Just maybe have more of an argument than "She IS an Elf" in the future
On another note, you're right Rith had exited the building, but there are other people posting in this thread, I am merely thinking about someone other than myself, a concept I'm sure you're more than foreign to.
Good call on guessing I use a laptop, by the way. Now then, you're done, I'm done, I'm tired arguing with you since I'm sure you would literally try to take this argument everywhere just to win it, which would not happen but you see my point. You're free to argue to noone though. More power to ya.
