Saphira swallowed visibly. She glanced around as she walked lightly around the Barraks. She was certainly, obviosuly not wanted here, recieving strange looks for her attire. The truth was, she had changed her usual clothing to lighter shirt, collots (ooc: spelling??) and sandles that were tied up to her knees. A belt around her waist was hidden by her cloak. Strange.

A second soul strode around the barracks as well, her attire not so out of place, but the look on her face. It was obvious that she had not yet been here, and was just exploring now. The bewilderment on her face grew. Never before had she seen such things as this....She was from a small village. They had warriors, but never a place to train them...they would go to the woods and do their training there.
Tash was unawares of the other roaming the barracks. Taking a sharp right turn, she collided with the other girl, the cry of surprise rising from her throat into the open air. Tash had not fallen over. Instead, she steadied herself by back-pedaling slightly.
"Ah! Forgive my clumsyness, M'lady, for I did not see your being there!" Quickly, Tash scanned the other girl for any injuries that her clumbsyness might have inflicted. Seeing none, Tash smiled. "I am not accoustom to these parts....I chanced a strole around, and alas, I rudely collide with another!" She laughed slightly. "Thou art unharmed..methinks that is the important part." She said with a smile. Tash appeared to be no older than 15 at most. Her attire consisted of men's adventuring garbs, and her long, dirty-blonde hair was pulled back in a pony-tail, allowing only a few strands of her bangs to fall in her brilliant stormy green eyes.

Kaldaka had watched the accident with interest from the other side of the Barracks. Striding over, she addressed the two. "Hello, Saphira. Good day, stranger. You look as if you could use a bit of help in these Barracks." Her grey eyes were warm as she glanced over the stranger. "And I am available to help," she continued. "Would you like to know anything in particular?"

Saphira dusted herself off with immaculate care, smoothing out the creases in her cloak. "Quite alright." she replyed graciously, a smile playing around her lips. "Hello...Travellor."

Tash emmidiately smiled after seeing Saphira smile. It was good to know she had been forgiven! As the other person came into view, her attention was drawn to her. She looked like a warrior as well....actually, Tash wouldn't call herself a warrior. She had skills in the sword, but she was by no means a warrior. The smile, which had appeared on her face minutes ago, had still not been vanquished.
"Greetings be to thee!" Tash said jovially to the second girl. "Barracks you say, friend? Regretably, I know not what a barraks might be...You see, I hath traveled from a small remote village. So small, narry even maps carry our name!" She giggled slightly. "However, any help would be appreciated. I heard the clash of swords, and, that sparking mine intrest, I chanced a peek." Tash explained. "That is the moment I so rudely ran into this fair maiden here."

Saphira's features seemed to sharpen. Fair? Not likely. Maiden? She didn't think so. The smile turned itself silently into her usual sardonic smirk.

Kaldaka smiled at Saphira. "Hello Saphira." Turning to the girl, she said, "Yes, this is the Barracks. It is where the warriors train and grow strong and skilled in the knowledge of their art. Are you planning on becoming a warrior here in Avaren? Or do you plan on becoming a mage? I myself am a warrior, though by some not truly considered as a Warrior." Her smile quirked. "But I would be glad to help you if ever you needed it. What do you plan on doing first?"

"My mine knows not what it would like to be...." Tash said, thinking hard. "I abhor violence, M'lady, but if forced into it, battle I shall do. I am not much of a fighter, however. I carry mine sword, and I know the basics as to ensure my protection." A thought then came to her. The need to protect others arose in her like a blooming flower. Protection other's needed much more skill than just 'the basics'.
"Mayhapse I shall stay....Lord above knows mine swords skills are lacking real purpose." Tash pondered alloud. What a fool the two must think she was, talking to herself as such. "Forgive me, for I am rambling." She said with a smile.

Kaldaka smiled warmly. "My thoughts ramble too much myself. I would be glad to introduce you around and show you everything, though as I said, I myself am not considered a warrior and so am not particularly welcome here, unfortunately. But I have come here for many years now." There was an expression in her eyes that was unreadable, but there were glimpses of long, hard years in it. And yet she looked fairly young.

"I cannot burden you as such, fair lady." Tash said, bowing deeply to the kind lady who had offered her assistance. "My presence would prove to be a nuciance, so I shalt save you from mine own self." She said with a grin. That was Tash for yah...happy-go-lucky and witty all at the same time.
"Ye are not welcomed here? That is purposterous! Everyone should be welcomed everywhere, with open arms. That is my personal belief...Lord Above, if everyone followed that belief, we'd have little need to carry thine weapons as we do!" She said, once again rambling. Tash wore her heart on her sleeve. Some would call it a weakness, while others called it her greatest asset.
