As Akin rode up beside Riley's horse, Guin leaned over and placed a kiss on Riley's cheek.

Riley smiled widely and looked to her.
"And that was for? It seemed sudden, although I enjoy the sudden surprise of a kiss", he said, smiling.

Riley chuckled lightly and found a sugar cube in his pocket. He gave Akin one, then Lightning.
"Well such an act should be rewarded don't you say?"

Riley watched her and felt alittle curious as to what she was saying, but he shrugged to himself and patted Lightning on the neck.

She smiled as she rose, stroking Akin's neck lightly.
"It's such a beautiful night..." she said looking up at the moon.

Riley looked at her and nodded.
"Hmm..race you".
He smirked and then soon took off through the forest.

She grinned, giving Akin a slight nudge. He took off into the forest and soon she was on his tail.
She ducked a branch that came ahead, causing her to lose him alittle.

Riley looked back, low against his horse, knowing she had the more advantage because she had reins and a saddle. He smiled and softly kicked Lightning, causing him to go alittle faster. He then whispered something into the horse's ear, lightning going off alittle faster.

"Akin... why are you attempting to knock my head o..."
Guin didn't get to finish what she was saying because as soon as she looked up she hit a branch that was in her way. She fell off her horse, landing hard on the ground.
"Akin..." she said with a glare to her horse.

Lightning stopped and then Riley heard a thump. He watched Akin come running towards him. He glared at Akin for a brief moment and then took off to find Guinevere. He found her, on the ground with what seemed to be alittle blood where she hit her head. He jumped off Lightning as quick as he could and ran to her side. He caressed her face, checking to see if her skull was cracked or not.
"Are you ok? For now on, I'll have you on Lightning with me".

"Stupid Akin... I think's he mad I didn't give him that carrot." she said rubbing her forehead.
She looked at Riley. "I'm fine... and really happy I don't have to get back on Akin."

Riley nodded and smiled. He leaned forward and kissed her forehead, kissing the spot she hit her head.
"Well I wouldn't expect him to do such an act to you. It could be the carrot or perhaps the fact he wants to be free of you so you're closer to me", he said with a bit wider smile.
He slowly picked her up, making sure not too fast in case she had a headache or a concusion. Lightning trotted over to him and he placed her up on his back, jumping unto him after. He had placed her infront of him so she'd be comfortable. He softly kicked Lightning and he began to walk slowly then alittle quicky, but decent. Riley made sure that she didn't hit any other branches or anything. He softly kissed her cheek, wrapping his arm around her waist to keep her steady and close to him while his other directed Lightning to their destination. Akin was waiting for him and seemed alittle guilty in hurting his master. He nodded to follow as they made their way through a short clearing.

Guin smiled and leaned against Riley. She placed a soft kiss upon his neck and looked back ahead. As always, a loose strand of dark hair fell down inton her eyes and she bruahsed a hand back through her hair to push it back.
