One round down, who knew how many more left. Either way, Kalim thought to himself, I think I am getting the hang of this. Not to say that his first win had given his a disproportionate inflation of ego or anything.......well........yes, it had, yet that was sort of to be expected from a first time tournament-goer.
At any rate, Kalim now faced down his second opponent with every bit of confidence that he might win another round and advance even further than he had already advanced, or even thought possible.
Muttering to himself, he held his staff out before him protectively, not bothering trying to talk to his opponent like last time. After all, this was serious business, so there was no room for small talk when it was time for battle.

Well, even though it took him awhile to finally post, Trixice did not post in 3 days. Therefore, Kalim is the victor!
