House of the Righteous and Noble Augustine

She spooned up against him and closed her eyes, just holding him closer to her. She sighed a bit and closed her eyes...she would have to visit her parents sometime, but she really didn't have a reason to.

[David Augustine]

David then turned and laid down on the couch. He laid on his back and let Raven lay on top of him. He was starting to get tired. He slowly started to close his eyes as he was watching the fire. He soon closed his eyes completely and feel asleep.

Raven listens to him breath and smiles a bit, she continued to mess with his shirt, slowly getting tired herself, she sighed and closed her eyes, falling asleep with the sound of his breathing and the crackle of the fire.

As he slept he dreamt dreams that he never thought existed. They were nightmares, but yet they were not. They were fantasies, but yet they were lacking. His dream switching from one to the other tier. It didn't stop. This caused him to sleep with unease. His head turned back and forth as he continued to sleep. Then he heard something. He heard the crow of a rooster. It was faint at first and then it continued to grow.

David's eyes bursted open. He woke up wide eyed. Sweat was running down from his head. He looked around. The fire had went out and the sun had risen. He looked down and saw Raven seeming to sleep peacefully as she laid there with her finger wrapped inside of his shirt. He put his arms around her as he stared at the ceiling. He tried to recall what his dreams were, but to no avail. What could cause him to wake up in his own sweat?

Raven felt his unease through her sleep, but didn't wake right then. Her own dreams were of some strange things, she dreamed that her shadows were leaving her, something was making her pure and it burned completely and horridly. She awoke with a start and looked down at David.

"You're dreas bothering you too?"

[David Augustine]

David shook as a chill ran up his spine. He wasn't aware that she was awake and was thrown slightly off guard. He looked down at her and sighed. He stroked her cheek and ran his hand through her hair. He gave her a soft kiss.

"Yes, my dreams did disturb my slumber." he told her. If she was to ask him what they were, he wouldn't know. It was all a blur to him. He looked into her eyes again. He smiled and kissed her again. "You said 'too.' Were your dreams nightmares?"

"Yes." She kissed him back and leaned into his touch, looking into his eyes, they were so unlike hers, they were so clear she could see herself in them...hers were so icy blue nothing got past them. She slid her hand up his chest slowly and traced his lips with her finger.

[David Augustine]

David didn't want to ask her what it was about. He couldn't see anything in her ice covered eyes. He wrapped his arms around her and held her close to him. He smiled as she traced his lips. When she finished he gave her another kiss. He sighed as he held her close. "Do you stay with me, because I took your purity away?" he asked suddenly out of the blue.

She stroked his cheek softly and kissed him, "No, I stay with you because I enjoy you're company." In a strange way, she tainted his purity, and in a way that evens things out. She sighed and looked in his eyes, "Do you keep me near because you feel you have to?"

[David Augustine]

"No, I keep you near." David started, "Because you want to be near me." It was what said simply. He wouldn't lie that he did have feelings for her or that he had to keep her there. She was a part of his responsiblity. Just like Avean was still was as well. However, she didn't live here anymore and Raven was seemed to be attached to him.

Raven slid her fingers through his hair and nodded a bit, "Do you in turn keep near me because you want to be?" She didn't even know why she was asking these things...or why they mattered but somehow they did...and she wanted to know what he thought...and felt.

[David Augustine]

David nodded again to this. "Yes, I want to be near you." he answered her question. He held her close. He sat up and stretched his arms. He then wrapped his arms around her again and kissed her passionately.

She shivered under his kissed and returned it with the same passion, sliding her fingers through his hair and pulling him closer still. Snaking her hands around him slowly, and holding him close, the kisses became a bit deeper and a bit more needy.

David broke the kiss. He looked down at her as she sat there against him. "Is there something that you need?" he asked her. Her last kiss seemed to be a bit needy. But what she needed was unknown to him at the moment.

She kissed him again, "Nothing more than to be in you're arms." She leaned against him, laying her head on his shoulder, still holding him close to her. Her heart was racing and she couldn't understand why...Being with David made her...feel...emotions.
