House of the Righteous and Noble Augustine

[David Augustine]

Raven was soon accompanied by her servant, Ashley. She walked up beside her and bowed. Asking how she may help her mistress for the day. David soon woke up and got himself dressed. He went downstairs and to the kitchen. "Good morning, Raven."

Raven looked up at her servant, "Go through some of the books, look for anything that relates to building up ones shadows." She looked to David and smiled a bit, "Morn, did you sleep well?"

[David Augustine]

"It felt cold." David replied, "So how have faired thus far? Have you found anything that would help?" He got himself a plate off food and ate. He finished eating in several minutes and nodded his head to what Raven told him.

"I've found some things but still not enough." She finished eating and leaned back, watching him.

[David Augustine]

"That's good to hear." he replied, "So have you found use for your maiden yet?" He sat back in his chair and looked at Raven. He sighed and remembered how cold if felt in his own bed. He blinked several times but kept his focus on her.

[raven]

She nodded and smiled, "She has served me well, thank you." She leans back, she sighs and leans back, she didn't sleep well, wondering why.

[David Augustine]

"So how was your sleep?" David asked her. He probably could've guessed by the way she was acting, but decided not to assume anything from Raven. She always tended to surprise him with her actions.

[raven]

"I've slept better." She stretched out, still a bit tired, "I couldn't get comfotable, yourself?" She glanced up at him, almost guessing the same of him.

[David Augustine]

"The same." he was his only reply. He rose up from his seat and moved into the sitting room. He sat down on the couch that was in front of the fire. He let the warmth of the flames warm him as he took some other materials and threw them into the buring flames.

Raven arches a brow and leaned back, looking up at the ceiling, was something changing between them, something they weren't ready for? She sighed and got something else to drink.

[David Augustine]

David leaned back and looked at the ceiling. He thought for a moment and sighed. "Raven would you care to join me?" he asked her from the other room. He looked towards the enterance that she would normally come through wondering if she was going to come.

Raven smiles softly and goes to him

"Of course."

She leaned back and looked at him, she loved him but couldn't find the words to say it.

[David Augustine]

David smiled and put an arm around her. He held her close and kissed her. "Is there anything that you want to do?" he asked.

She kissed him back and layed her head on his shoulder and smiled softly

"Just being close to you is enough."

"How close do you want to be?" he asked her. He kissed her again it was deeper than the last. He pulled her closer to him and smiled at her.
