Kaldaka drew in her weapons and ducked under him as he came down, only to turn around and place her sword at his neck. "Fight over?" she said.

David quickly positioned his spear behind him once he landed. It crossed his back and was up to her neck, but apparently her sword was at his as well. "Hhmm." he started, "I'd say that it's up to you. For the way I see it from this point on it would depend on who is the faster, but I don't want to play that game today." He looked up into her eyes and gave her a warm smile.

Kaldaka relaxed her grip on her sword so that it didn't touch his neck, yet was near it and smiled warmly back at David. "Well, I'm not sure I want to play that game again either. I could probably get away from the spear, but you would also be able to get away from my sword, and where would we be then?" She grinned. "Right back at the beginning, only a little tired this time." Taking her sword away from his neck, she saluted him with it. "You are indeed a most worthy foe."

David saluted her back and nodded his head. It was very true. It seemed that no matter what they tried against each other, that it only came back around right where they started. "So I guess this means no kissing for anyone." he replied as he remembered her comment earlier that she would only kiss him if he won.

Kaldaka blushed as she sheathed her sword. "Well, one, if we fight again. You might win that time. And two, well, never mind...." her voice trailed off and she looked down at the floor. Still blushing deeply, she looked back up. "Would you like to come to my house sometime? I would love to have you come to lunch or dinner. It's been a wonderful fight."

"I'd be delighted." David replied, "I wouldn't mind taking some time to visit you for dinner or lunch." He smiled as he spoke, but in truth he was probably as nervous as her. His hand was behind his head. He looked at her and smiled with his eyes closed.

Kaldaka smiled happily. "Come whenever you feel like it," she said, "But right now I've got to clean my weapons." She sat down on a bench and started to polish the staff.

"Alright." David replied to her with a nod and a smile, "I'll see you then." He then turned away and walked out to search for the house that was built for his family.
